Course Description

Enhance the skills achieved in Cake Decorating I by learning techniques for borders, flowers, designs, themes, basket weave, and fondant flowers

Learner Outcomes

Students will learn:

  • fondant making and application
  • chocolate modeling
  • drip cakes
  • sugar decorations
  • cake stacking

Notes

Students will need a apron/smock, closed toe shoes and hair covering.

Prerequisites

It is recommended that students take Cake Decorating I prior to enrollment in Cake Decorating II.
